Martin qualified as a Podiatrist and Chiropodist in 1978 and has since worked in the NHS and in private practice. Over those 40 years he has gained an enormous wealth of experience in the treatment of conditions relating to the foot. His work covers all Podiatry/Chiropody treatments including ingrown toe-nails, corns, callus, verrucae and fungal infections. He has a particular interest in nail surgery, Morton’s neuroma, diabetes, biomechanical foot pain, and dermatology.

Martin is an enthusiastic family man and takes great pleasure in spending time with his grandchildren. He also enjoys spending time with his classic sports car, and his hobbies include sailing, and craft brewing at which he has gained a number of first prizes nationally. He believes that it is important to try and do the best in everything he does, and in his professional work this has resulted in a very successful practice.

Martin strongly believes that genuine care and compassion for patients are essential qualities required in order for medical practitioners of all disciplines to be good and successful healers.
